Alison Brie, "Community"

Nomination Status: The possibility of Emmy voters suddenly discovering "Community" can't be ruled out.

In Her Favor: Check out episodes like "Conspiracy Theories and Interior Design" and "A Fistful of Paintballs" and even "Basic Rocket Science." When Brie is given enough to do, it benefits "Community."

Working Against Her: Did it seem to you like Brie was maybe given less to do in the second season of "Community"? That's the way it seemed to me at times. Maybe the show didn't suffer as a direct result, but think of how much better it could have been! In any case, "Community" isn't really on the Emmy radar and even if it were, Brie would be battling with Gillian Jacobs and Yvette Nicole Brown for notice in this category.
