In Its Favor: Even if the second season of "Modern Family" maybe wasn't quite as acclaimed as the first, it remains one of TV's most popular and admired comedies and the cast is sure to scoop up another bucketload of nominations. Unlike several of the more divisive shows in this category -- "Glee" or "The Office," for example -- you have to look high and low to find any truly passionate "Modern Family" naysayers.
Working Against It: Absolutely nothing.
