Cheryl Hines, "Curb Your Enthusiasm"

Nomination Status: Doubtful, but shouldn't be ruled out.

In Her Favor: For some reason, people seem to be forgetting how great "Curb Your Enthusiasm" was last season. Cheryl Hines wasn't necessarily at the center of things, as she had been in previous seasons, but she got to share scenes with all of the "Seinfeld" stars, which will look good to voters. Hines has two previous nominations for "Curb," so voters have been appreciative in the past.

Working Against Her: The Television Critics Association and Golden Globe voters forgot entirely about "Curb" and although the Emmy faithful have already been supporters, it wouldn't be surprising if voters are just more into new shows this summer.
