Kevin Dillon, "Entourage"

Nomination Status: Since he was nominated last year, he can't be ignored.

In His Favor: Dillon has been nominated three years in a row and as bad as "Entourage" has gotten, Johnny Drama has consistently remained the least bad part of the show. Sadly, the episode in which Drama auditioned for the new "Melrose Place" may, in fact, be a totally viable submission episode.

Working Against Him: There's an assumption that Emmy voters are going to clear out a lot of last year's nomination field to make room for new nominees. If that assumption is correct, Dillon is vulnerable.
