Nomination Status: Another lock.

In Her Favor: Although she keeps going to the podium as producer or writer on "30 Rock," Fey has only won a single Emmy for her "30 Rock" acting. That's not especially meaningful. She's been nominated all three years the show has been on the air and after another year of vintage social awkwardness with a variety of top-notch guest stars, she's sure to be nominated again. Also aiding her cause? Another "Saturday Night Live" guest appearance that's likely to get her a nomination.

Working Against Her: Nothing. Even if "30 Rock" is no longer the clear choice as TV's best comedy, Fey remains one of the small screen's most adored hyphenates.
