James Spader of 'Boston Legal'
James Spader, "Boston Legal"
Nomination Status: As long as the show's eligible, he's in
Bottom Line: Spader has won three Emmys and been nominated four times for his role as Alan Shore on both "The Practice" and "Boston Legal." It was a minor miracle that he didn't win last year and it would be a minor miracle if he weren't at least nominated this year. This will be the last chance for Emmy voters to recognize "Boston Legal" and it wouldn't be a shock for Spader to be an Emmy favorite once again.
