What if Oscar's new rule of allowing ten best picture nominees instead of five had been implemented way back after "Titanic" won in 1997? Which popular hits would have made the Academy's cut in that decade plus? Combing our awards database, this prognosticator has collated a surefire list of ten titles he'd guarantee would have been recognized. Some of the films on the list will surprise you, some won't, but don't expect to see any of Pixar's great animated films included.
