4. "The Social Network"
Mark Zuckerberg may have launched the greatest social network of the first decade of the 21st Century, but to a whole generation he's defined by Fincher's dramatic chronicle of the rise of his creation, Facebook. The film held no prisoners in telling the story of how Zuckerberg (Jesse Eisenberg) and Sean Parker (Justin Timberlake) cut Eduardo Saverin (Andrew Garfield) out of the company he co-founded. It was a cautionary tale reminding everyone that the excitement and promise of the online world can still be weighed down by jealousy, greed and betrayal. No one ever looked at Facebook or Zuckerberg the same way again.
