6. James Cameron
Pimping: A little movie called "Avatar"
Why we want him: The man behind "Titanic," "True Lies" and the first two "Terminators" has never appeared at the convention and it would be a watershed moment for him and Peter Jackson to both acknowledge their fans in the same year. Plus, he'd probably divulge a few more secrets about "Avatar," easily becoming one of the most anticipated films of the holiday season.
Why he'd do it: "Avatar" needs an event or point to kick off a real campaign and Comic-Con is smart timing.
Chances: 50% - Cameron has gone on record in the past saying he wasn't interested in going down to the Con, but we're guessing Fox might convince him otherwise. Maybe.
