What will be this year's big-buzz new pilot?
Comic-Con isn't a big enough sampling to either make or break a new TV series, but over the past three or four years, full sneaks of pilots have gone from the San Diego exception to the rule. It almost goes without saying that if ABC does, indeed, show the entire first episode of "Marvel's The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." that the Joss Whedon hour will be one of Comic-Con's big smashes, but what other offerings might generate chatter? Will the J.J. Abrams robo-pilot "Almost Human" attract flesh-and-blood excitement? Will Robbie Amell's abs follow in the footsteps of Stephen Amell's abs and make "The Tomorrow People" a hit? Will NBC's gamble in bringing the not-exactly-Comic-Con-y "Blacklist" pay dividends? Will love for Josh Holloway help "Intelligence" play well in Ballroom 20? We'll see!
