Former Frou Frou frontwoman and fashion-forward Grammy nominee chronicled the album's somewhat complicated birth via vblogs on youtube. What remains uncomplicated is her stirring, emotional vocals and her ambitious use of classical instrumentation to challenge conventional pop thinking....always for the better.
