Charlie Sheen arrives on the red carpet for his Comedy Central Roast
Charlie Sheen is the latest in a long line of celebrities to be roasted on the cable network, with other targets/"honorees" including William Shatner, David Hasselhoff, Joan Rivers and Pamela Anderson.
After undergoing a bizarre and prolonged public crackup earlier this year that resulted in his firing from "Two and a Half Men", Sheen has remained a marketable commodity; the actor is now developing a potential TV series based on the 2003 Adam Sandler hit "Anger Management" with Lionsgate and producer Joe Roth.
"The Roast of Charlie Sheen" will air on Comedy Central Monday, September 19th at 10 PM.

Jon88 But, the title line notwithstanding, it's not a collection of the "best ... lines from last nights taping." Unless there weren't any, of course.
