2009 was a record year at the box office with over $10,000,000 in ticket sales and over 1.42 billion tickets sold. Those were both huge jumps from the year before. It's no surprise "Transformers Revenge of the Fallen" was No. 1, but what holiday release made an amazing run at No. 5 to close out the year? Also, how about updating the figures now? Avatar has already become 2nd, and looks set to become no. 1...
And, how about doing one with the major criterion being the intl. grosses??
