A Fine Frenzy, "Bomb in a Birdcage" (Virgin)
We're not saying it goes to 11, but singer/songwriter Alison Sudol, who goes by the name A Fine Frenzy, turns up the volume on her follow up to 2007's "One Cell in a Sea." "Bomb" has the same pop leanings, but rocks a little harder on this literary-influenced set (A Fine Frenzy's name comes from Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream," after all).
