The Joker? Magneto? Anton Chigurh? Who made the list?
Kim Jong-il - 'Team America: World Police'
You have to feel at least a little sorry for Trey Parker and Matt Stone's marionette version of the now-deceased North Korean dictator when he breaks into the strains of "I Am Ronery" (that's "Lonely" for the uninitiated) about midway through the film. I mean sure, he's planning a massive terrorist attack and all, but he's also got that adorable accent. And ok, so he's been known to throw a dissident or two in his tank of man-eating sharks - but really, how can you stay mad at a guy who wears oversized glasses? Indeed, it's a testament to the oddly-lovable baddie's enduring popularity that on the announcement of the real Jong-Il's death late last year, the film actually became a trending topic on Twitter.
