Good: Ellie Kemper
I don't usually think of rust as an "it" color for the red carpet. For one thing, it clashes with the red carpet itself. But then, we don't see too women with the same coloring as Ellie Kemper, which makes this ornate gown work perfectly. I could complain about the excessive bangs, but why bother? This look is unexpected, fresh and works perfectly on her.
