Since 2001, terrorism has been one of the scariest things for people to contemplate worldwide, which is exactly what terrorists want. With "Four Lions," British comedy mastermind Chris Morris attempts to defuse that power by pointing out exactly how human-scale the idiocy of these people can be. His cast of largely unknown faces all give sharp and smart comic performances, and Morris manages the difficult trick of being honest about the way the world works while still finding every single laugh he can in the material. This year's "In The Loop," although it will take a distributor with real guts to bring it to American theaters.
