Considered a middling flop at the time of its release, "Clue" has gone on to win one of the biggest cult followings of any '80s comedy. A traditional whodunit in the vein of an Agatha Christie thriller (or the Neil Simon parody "Murder by Death"), "Clue" takes the characters and exotic mansion from the board game and makes us laugh at Tim Curry's snooty jokes, Eileen Brennan's batty antics as Mrs. Peacock, and the immortal Madeline Kahn as the droll, murderous Mrs. White. My favorite character: the sultry, cold-as-ice Miss Scarlet played by Lesley Ann Warren.
