WORST: No love for 'Carol'
One of the most visually stunning and subversively radical movies of the year, Carol, didn't pick up a single win. It's a movie about queer identity and romance in the 1950s, and it somehow doesn't end bleakly. Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara were stunning in the period film, and hopefully viewers will remember their suspenseful and singular film romance for years to come.
