Best and Worst of the 2013 Oscars

Worst: Anne Hathaway's speech

We should be happy for Anne Hathaway.  Her performance in "Les Miserables" was clearly one of the year's best whether lead or supporting, but since she starting taking home trophies at the Golden Globes something has been amiss with Miss Hathaway.  It's not that she doesn't seem sincere - or maybe she doesn't - it was as though this was all…deserved. Perhaps that's too harsh, but many people had begun to notice.  The speeches just never seemed "real." Maybe Hathaway doesn't do humble well?  I mean, considering what James Franco put her through as an Academy Awards host she arguably deserves two Oscars.  But, when Hathaway stared at her Oscar statue and said "It came true." You could feel the industry cringe. It was all too rehearsed. And again, somewhat unreal.
