Best and Worst: Adele sings 'Skyfall'
Adele has a stellar set of pipes and did just fine under the circumstances, but the orchestra almost completely drowned out her live vocals in several spots during the performance. When you have a singer with a voice as powerful as Adele's, the instrumentation should remain a supporting player (so to speak), and it was a big misstep to lay it on so thick.
