Best: Opening number
The Tony Awards continue to embarrass their awards cousins with the best and most creative musical numbers. Of course, it's theater so you sort of expect it, but the Tony Awards have really taken it to another level over the past decade or so. "Life wouldn't suck so much" was another great example of that. Creative, smart, funny and relatable to everyone in the audience and watching from home.
