Best: Andrew Rannells' "Book of Mormon" number
Andrew Rannells didn't win best actor in a musical, but he gave a great performance of "I Believe" from best musical winner "The Book of Mormon." So much, it even impressed show producer and co-creator Matt Stone who turned to colleague Trey Parker and said, "That was good." It was indeed.
