Which of these movies will hit your hometown?
Worst: What's Wrong With Virginia?
Why: What isn't wrong with this movie? Dustin Lance Black helms his first narrative feature since 2000's "The Journey of Jared Price" and throws everything but the kitchen sink in it plotwise seemingly out of fear he'll never get to direct again. Jennifer Connelly tries to give her crazy and eccentric character a grounded presence, but it's in direct contrast with the over the top performances from the rest of the cast. There's so much going on -- and for no distinct reason -- you just wonder when it will all end.
Will you see it in a theater near you? Maybe. There is enough names in the billing block for someone to take a chance on it, but it's hard to see the picture ever playing in more than the top ten markets.
