With 'Divergent' now out we take a look at the best and worst moments
Best: Neil Burger
Robert Schwentke is stepping in to direct "Insurgent," the upcoming sequel to this film, and that's a shame. Burger has always been a strong and romantic visual stylist. "The Escapist" is one of those movies that is told with such style and control that it genuinely doesn't matter what happens in the film. It's just a pleasure to watch it unfold. He makes this world, which is frankly sort of ridiculous, feel like it could actually exist, like there's life at the edges of the frame, and that can be all the difference between one of these films working and one of these films failing.
