Worst: Thursday's movie offerings
We knew it was going to be weak, but it was almost a yawn-fest. Thursday's movie panels featured only one hour that deserved anyone's serious attention ("Enders' Game"/"Divergent") and that was thanks to the presence of Harrison Ford (who didn't even get a standing ovation!). The rest of the day featured a movie already available on VOD ("Europa Report"), a sneak peek of a Terry Gilliam film without Gilliam attending ("The Zero Theorem") and a DreamWorks Animation panel with no talent outside of Hall H. To be frank, panels for "The World's End" and half of Warner Bros. slate would have gotten a lot more attention if they went on Thursday instead of Friday or insanely packed Saturday.
