Worst: Lady GaGa, "Christmas Tree"
Every year, music stars have another opportunity to get themselves onto fans' mp3 players with a new crop of music: holiday tunes. This year was no different, with some artists offering up full albums, EPs and singles. In the following pages, we break down some of these new tracks, from Leighton Meester, Darius Rucker, 3 Doors Down, A Fine Frenzy, Lady GaGa, Neil Diamond, Spongebob Squarepants, Pet Shop Boys and a Band-Aid-like indie rock supergroup.

Now for one of the worst: Lady GaGa's "Christmas Tree" is just so stupendously stupid and awful, the most terrible Christmas song ever in the whole wide world ever. And we are just so, so glad that it exists, and that it was Lady GaGa who did it. Her Christmas tree is her lady parts, get it? Spreading Christmas cheer. Put her on top. Fa lalalala la lala *ungh*.
This would be an "Saturday Night Live" digital short if it had some Andy Samberg, a pair of five-inch heels made of gingerbread and a tube of snow-white frosting. "My Humps" looks like a sledding hill compared to this black diamond.

December 10, 2009 at 12:16AM EST Reply to CommentCecilia Wait, you guys expected her to a song not laced with sexual innuendo galore? She's been bluffin with her muffin from day one. Honestly, it's a song for the non religious types who also like innuendo. If you want "horrible" stick with Destiny Child for pete's sake..
