Naturally, hundreds of artists are working on new efforts for 2010, but a couple dozen stand out as some of the most-anticipated. Long-awaited returns from those like Sade, Usher, Outkast and Shania Twain are on slate, while younger acts like Arcade Fire, Vampire Weekend and MGMT are busily prepping theirs.
