"Burn Notice" has always felt like summer show to us. However, as was the case last season, "Burn Notice" premiered its third season in the summer and will return to finish things off this spring. What does Michael Westen have up his sleeve? We'll just have to find out. Our hunch? It probably will involve retrofitting a cell phone in some way.
