Winner: 'Silver Linings Playbook'
A huge sigh of relief must have been heard in the offices of The Weinstein Company Wednesday morning. Sure, "Django" got snubbed and "The Master" surprisingly landed only one nod, but their real contender came through when it mattered most. "Silver Linings Playbook" earned ensemble, actress (Jennifer Lawrence), supporting actor (Robert De Niro) and actor (Bradley Cooper) nominations to tie "Lincoln" and "Les Miserables" for the most film nods. Cooper's honor was especially sweet as he'd been seen as borderline for an Oscar nomination.
