Elle Fanning - 'Ginger & Rosa'
Pro: "Ginger & Rosa" has received mixed reviews overall, but everyone is agreed on Fanning's impressive performance. Fanning has previously turned heads with her work in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," "Somewhere" and "Super 8."
Con: "Rosa" is being released by new distributor A24 and while there are experienced awards publicists on staff landing an Oscar nomination seems like a reach in year one. An independent spirit award is a more likely option at this point.
