Pro: Oswalt is the voice of reason in Diablo Cody and Jason Reitman's latest collaboration and he knocks it out of the park.  And while he's best known for his stand up comedy and voicing Remy in "Ratatouille," he's been a very busy working actor in TV, movies and independent film for almost 15 years.  Don't discount the friendships he's made in the industry giving him the extra push he might need to land a nod.

Con: The biggest concern is just how polarizing a film "Young Adult" is to audiences.  It's not typical Academy material and that could torpedo its chances in numerous categories, but those who love will love.
