Winner: Showtime original series
HBO has the most nominations total with 12. FOX's "Glee" had the most nominations for any single show with five. But if you're looking at which network's original programming proved most potent with Golden Globe voters? That would be Showtime, with eight nods, all for scripted shows. That's three nods for "Dexter," two nods apiece for "Nurse Jackie" and "The Big C" and the obligatory nomination for "United States of Tara" star Toni Collette. And Showtime's haul could have been even bigger, except that "Californication" didn't air any new episodes in 2010, while the HFPA appears to have forgotten Mary-Louise Parker exists.
