Hugh Laurie, "House"
Bill Paxton, "Big Love"

Matthew Fox, "Lost"
Kyle Chandler, "Friday Night Lights"
Kiefer Sutherland, "24"

Jonathan Rhys Meyers, "The Tudors"
Tom Selleck, "Blue Bloods"
We simply can't believe the Hollywood Foreign Press could go another year without nominating Cranston. But otherwise, there isn't much wiggle room among the nominees here, especially with Paxton's status as a totally inexplicable Globes favorite. Want an oddball nomination pick? Try seven-time nominee and former winner Tom Selleck. Globe voters like him and "Blue Bloods" is as close to a new network hit as you'll find this fall.
