Pro: One of her most impressive performances in an already illustrious career, Swinton soars as the matriarch of an Italian family who is transformed after meeting a potential business parter of her oldest son. Don't be surprised if Swinton steals a few critic's awards and a Golden Globe nod. If she snags a SAG nom? She's in.
Con: Will she campaign? If she doesn't, she's counting on a lot of help to land a nod. Even though she's a former winner for "Michael Clayton," Swinton isn't necc. into the game. Will she do it to help the film? We'll see.
