Pro: The current frontrunner to win best picture, the last time the big kahuna didn't even get nominated in a screenplay race? "Titanic" in 1998. So yes, it would be shocking of Seidler's well crafted script about the stuttering English King and the middle class Aussie therapist who helped him conquer it didn't make the cut.
Con: The movie would have to completely fall out of the best picture race to not make it here. And frankly, that's not going to happen.
