Typically, all anybody ever wants to see is people dancing stylishly -- which would put Usher or Jason Derulo at the front of the pack. But this is a Year of the Shady, which means Em's trump card and first single will take home the jackpot. The track has the sentimentality that "Airplanes" boasts, with a much more finished video treatment.

Much like on his album, Drake doesn't stand up well on his own, but when his featured friends are around, he's tough to beat...
