Kings of Leon, Black Eyed Peas and others vie in major categories like record of the year, album of the year and new artist
The 52nd annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast this Sunday (Jan. 29), and it's the ladies that are leading many of the major categories. Beyonce and Taylor Swift had ten and 8 nominations each, but Lady GaGa -- a critical and commercial favorite -- may nab all the statues in her five. Jay-Z, Maxwell, Kings of Leon, Black Eyed Peas and others are all trying to make their showing as well.
