How did Jimmy Fallon, Conan O'Brien, Tina Fey and Mathew Weiner do in our Emmy run-down?
Winner/Loser: 'Mad Men' Mastermind Matthew Weiner
It was another great night for "Mad Men," which took its third prize for Outstanding Drama Series and won Matthew Weiner yet another writing prize, which he kinda shared with Erin Levy. During their writing speech, Weiner interrupted Levy and then was cut-off by the music without having acknowledged her contribution. Then, when he got back up on the stage, Weiner thanked his wife for her writing contributions, but didn't mention his writing staff (producers got a cursory nod). A little graciousness probably wouldn't hurt Weiner, even if that's never really been his MO.
