Johnny Marr - 'The Messenger' (Feb. 5)
No, the Smiths are never, ever getting back together again, but the group’s guitarist is taking a break from his soundtrack and other work with groups like Modest Mouse and The Cribs to release his first solo album, “The Messenger.” Marr produced the effort himself, recording in Manchester, England, and Berlin.
