How will Warner Bros. handle Superman, Batman and the other heroes?
Can anyone make Aquaman cool on the big screen?
DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns has helped hype Aquaman to some of the best sales figures in the character's 71 year history, but part of his shtick is embracing the stereotypes and comic relief that has plagued the King of the Ocean for so long. There have been many attempts to make Arthur Curry more realistic over the decades, but he still looks very close to the goofy hero kids watched on the "Super Friends" in the 1970's. Marvel made the choice not to include Giant-Man/Ant-Man or the Wasp in "The Avengers" over similar concerns (although the latter was misguided). Will WB do the same?
