Where You've Seen Her Before: As reformed thief Ames on "Human Target," as Eric's assistant Jennie on "Entourage," and as one of the ballerinas in "Black Swan."

Breakout Role: Martina Garretti, Jersey-born lawyer at a posh Manhattan firm in CBS' "Made in Jersey."

Why: The English-born Montgomery has stood out in roles both small (a fantasy football-loving stripper on "The League," one of Tony's love interests on "Skins") and large (the one good part of the "Human Target" revamp) the last few years. Now she's in an unquestioned star vehicle, doing at least a passable job with her New Jersey accent, and carrying nearly every second of the light-hearted, character-driven legal procedural. If "Made In Jersey" succeeds, it's all because of her.
