Why: You know how all of the early promotion and hype for the rebooted "X Factor" judging panel was built around Britney Spears, but lately all of the ads have focused on Lovato and her banter with Simon Cowell? We could be wrong, but we suspect that's because while Spears will still contribute sex appeal and loopy unpredictability, Lovato's feisty attitude has been the surprise of the early season. Cowell coasted through most of the show's first season, clearly uncomfortable with his lifeless judging panel, but if Lovato helps bring out the Simon Cowell viewers know and love, "X Factor" could build its audience in Season 2.
