Stephen Amell, 'Arrow'
Where You've Seen Them Before: With roles on "Private Practice," "Hung" and "Heartland," Amell has been around, though you've probably only noticed his cheekbones and abs.
Breakout Role: By day, Amell is shipwreck-surviving billionaire playboy Oliver Queen, but by night, he's archery-loving Green Arrow.
Why: Amell's cheekbones and abs are, again, front and center on The CW's "Arrow," so it isn't surprising to see him doing gravity-defying pull-ups and flirting or brooding effectively. What's more surprising is how well Amell's charisma and presence anchor "Arrow," in which he's asked to play both an action hero and several different versions of Oliver Queen. Amell's the reason "Arrow" will play well with The CW's young female core demo, but he's also commanding enough that he could help this DC Comics adaptation breakout with a wider viewership. He's perhaps the biggest no-brainer on this list.
