Cher had her first comeback in 1989 with “Heart Of Stone’s” smash, “If I Could Turn Back Time,” but that song’s success was nothing compared to her next comeback with 1998’s mega-hit “Believe.” The dance tune topped the Billboard Hot 100 in March 1999 giving the Oscar winner the longest span between No. 1 tunes: 25 years. “Believe” spawned an incredible comeback for Cher, hitting No. 1 in 23 countries, and launching the highly successful “Do You Believe” tour.
