Punk pop band tours behind its latest No. 1 album, "21st Century Breakdown" starting July 3 in Seattle. Rotating openers include the Bravery, Kaiser Chiefs and Franz Ferdinand. Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong recently told Rolling Stone that the trio planned to "Springsteen a run for his money" in terms of playing long shows. Maybe that's why Springsteen got the hell out of dodge and is spending the summer touring in Europe.
