It appears Stark (Downey, Jr.) can't get over his epic experience saving the world in "The Avengers." He says in the trailer, "Nothing has been the same since New York. You experience things and then they are over. I can't sleep. And when I do, I have nightmares." Post-traumatic stress in a superhero movie. How novel is that?
