In perhaps the most bizarre reveal in the trailer it seems as though the Mandarin has a Captain America shield tattoo on the back of his neck. Only this icon has an "A" instead of the usual white star. From the minute this was discovered fans have been speculating what it could mean. Perhaps this is a shot of someone from S.H.I.E.L.D. pretending to be the Mandarin? Is Marvel just trying to have some fun with the fans? Needless to say, we haven't got a clue.

blake If you look closely in the plane scene an ironman hand come through the plane. Then blasts a soldier. So one of the suits is attacking the plane

He has dreams of Iron Man threatening both his and Pepper's lives. So he moves permanently to "Malibu" and books a surgery to remove those shrapnels from his CVS instead of the silly powerplant hooked up to his chest. He destroys the Iron Man shields and prototypes but then something goes wrong. A villain comes up "Mandarin" and Tony has to go back. He only manages to put his hands on only one suit left (The one he drags at the end.) I mean come on guys, this plot has been the same in almost every other super hero movie.

October 23, 2012 at 4:43PM EST Reply to CommentMany people are speculating that when the armor attacks Pepper it's because Tony is controlling it with his mind and having a nightmare. Also, the Captain America shield might not really be there - They digitally erased the SHIELD patch from Widow's suit for Iron Man 2 trailers to not give away the plot. I would expect if that's what they were doing they would just erase whatever is instead of replacing it, but it is possible. Also, the Red White and Blue armor is Rhodey, its says so on the armor.

Let the new iron patriot suit to be used by the airforce, who most likely had hammer make it, be stolen and let cheadle pilot the real war machine with tony's last suit, of course the sweetest experimental one, whip some well you know!
