Jennifer Lopez, 'American Idol' producers plotting musical reality show
Enjoying a career renaissance thanks to her new "American Idol" visibility, Jennifer Lopez is reportedly looking to team with the FOX hit's producer on a new reality show.
According to EW.com, Lopez and husband/"Idol" studio audience sitter Marc Anthony are teaming with "Idol" producer Simon Fuller and his XIX Entertainment on a pitch titled "Que Vida."
In "Que Vida," Lopez and Anthony (EW.com says "Marc Antony," who would be a different person), would tour Latin America looking for new musical talent.
Lopez is only signed through the end of this "Idol" season, but it seems a safe bet that FOX will be appreciative of the level of awareness the "Enough" star has brought to the show and vice versa.
