Kathy Griffin and ABC say 'Let's Dance!'
Another season of "Dancing with the Stars" may be approaching its conclusion on ABC, but the network isn't ready to stop dancing.
The network has announced a Monday, Nov. 23 premiere for "Let's Dance," a new comedic dancing series from FremantleMedia North America ("American Idol"), featuring Kathy Griffin as host.
The series will then air Monday, Nov. 30, Mon., Dec. 7 and Mon., Dec. 14 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) with the finale on Tues., Dec. 15 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET).
In the series, an assortment of yet-to-be-determine stars will compete in single, group and duo performances as they train, rehearse and take to the stage to reveal their comedic dance routine in front of a studio audience. The dance numbers will pay homage to classic movie and music video moments. They will be judged by a celebrity panel and by viewers at home, with two performances advancing each week.
On the finale, the act with the most viewer votes will win the grand prize, which will go to charity.
